Panel voting on the Semi-Finalist Participants will be from September 15, 2025 – September 22, 2025 (“Panel Voting Period”). All entries will be judged using the Criteria. Judging will be conducted by a panel of at least three (3) executives of CosmoProf (the “Panel”); provided, however, no member of the judging panel may be related to any of the Semi-Finalist Participants. The Semi-Finalist Participants will be notified of their status (“Notification”) on or before September 22, 2025, through Instagram direct messaging. The Semi-Finalist Participants must respond to the Company within forty-eight (48) hours after receipt of Notification. The Semi-Finalist Participants shall be subject to eligibility verification, back-ground checks and compliance with these Official Rules. All judging decisions are final. Please do not contact the Company about the status of entries or judging.
The Semi-Finalist Participants will have the option to attend the rehearsal and recording of the live event on October 19, 2025, and October 20, 2025, either (1) at the Company’s studio in Dallas, TX to participate in the competition segments at the Sem-Finalist Participants’ expense or (2) remotely. The Semi-Final Participant will need to provide the original unedited pictures of the Look that was posted in the Announcement and will be asked to answer a set of interview questions provided by the Company in front of the Panel or its representatives. In addition, the Semi-Finalist Participants will be asked to keep a ‘video journal’ logging their experience at “Color the World” to be used in the Company’s post event sizzle reel and overall coverage of the event.
Except where prohibited, each Semi-Finalist Participant may be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility, including proof of age of both the Semi-Finalist Participant and the model, model release, and liability/publicity release within forty-eight (48) hours. If a Semi-Finalist Participant fails to return these documents on time, an alternate Semi-Finalist may be selected by the Panel.
