1. Massage into wet hair and scalp, lather, and rinse.
2. Follow with Bond Therapy Conditioner for medium to coarse hair or Bond Therapy Conditioning Foam for fine hair.
3. When using Bond Therapy Intensive Treatment (pre-shampoo mask), apply shampoo directly on top of mask, then lather and rinse for medium to coarse hair.
4. For fine hair, rinse mask thoroughly before applying shampoo or skip mask altogether if hair is prone to weigh-down.
