NEURO
"I BOUGHT THIS BLOW DRIER AND HAVE USED IT FOR ABOUT A YEAR AND THE END WHERE THE PLUG CORD GOES INTO THE DRIER HAS SHORTED OUT. WILL NOT BE BUYING ANOTHER CAUSE IT CANT HANDLE HOW MUCH I USE IT"

Great Dryer
"I love the handle-less dryers. I used the HandShot from Chi until this one was released. It's lighter in weight, has fast drying time and it's quiet on the low styling setting. I have not had any problems with the cord. The price is great compared to the Chi HandShot an other professional dryers. I recommend one."

Great dryer but doesn’t last.
"Great dryer but doesn’t last. I bought this dryer just over year ago and the cord at the base of the blow dryer came apart and actually exploded causing it to trip the breaker. If it would’ve lasted longer, it would’ve been amazing! Not heavy has three speed settings and for heat settings. A little bit on the wild side but will drive is the hair quickly so that part did not matter to me ."

Disappointment
"I was so excited when this was released. Used it for about a 1 1/2 years. when I was using the other day the place where the cord connects shot sparks out in turn burning my hand and melting a ring I wear on one finger. I have contacted Paul Mitchell and was told I may have a warranty but that the product would have to have been registered at time of purchase which I dont know how to prove. I'm highly disapointed in the way the company is handling the matter. All I ask is the replace or fix my defective dryer May have to contact my insurance company."

Awesome dryer!
"Everything is amazing about this dryer, all the way from the fact it's handleless to its diffuser. However, there is a problem with the cord that connects the dryer to the power. It started to unravel and essentially it blew out while I was using it on a client. Everything was fine, but of course, it blew out just after the 2 year warranty expired. So, no replacement. Gotta cough up another $100. Yaaaaaay. ??"

Super Duty Dryer
"We have sold over sixty of these dryers to students, staff, and guests over the past three years. Not a single one has had a defect. There have been some that broke over time because they were dropped, stored improperly, or otherwise mishandled. In each instance, though, the person who approached me about it purchased another one either at that time or closely thereafter. The dryer is easy to use, powerful, and can go all day, every day, for years without a problem in most instances. If the filter is not cleaned regularly, the hair and debris that builds up will eventually move into the motor and either short it out or burn up the heating elements. If it is properly maintained, this dryer is the best dryer we've ever had in inventory. I am glad they moved it from a 'limited item' to a staple of the Neuro Tool line."

Different but love!
"Was unsure about this product Bc it's not what I'm used to but it's so easy to use, and this dryer also dries you hair quick!"
