How is my order secure?
CARD AUTHORIZATION: We authorize every credit card with fraud protection measures including address verification. If the zip code on your web order does not match your credit card billing address, the authorization will fail. During the authorization process your credit card company will hold funds for the amount of the sale temporarily and will be released if the order is cancelled for any reason. The amount of time those funds are held is determined by the card company.

What payment methods can I use?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover (US only), and American Express. At this time we do not accept PIN based debit cards.

Account holders who have established credit terms with CosmoProf® have the option to checkout On Account. The option will be presented to you during checkout and your order will be captured on your next CosmoProf® statement. The method of payment we have stored is what is used when you charge on account.

How do I return something?
To initiate the return process, please call your customer service team at the number displayed on the left. They will assist you with a return goods authorization (RGA). The attached form is required for all returns to ensure we have as much information on the items being returned as possible. To expedite processing include your web order confirmation or ship confirmation when sending us the RGA form. If your DSC will assist you with processing your return please include a copy of your web order confirmation which is required for processing. We’re sorry, at this time we cannot accept return to stores.

When will I get my order?
Most orders placed before 12:00 local time will be processed within 24hours. Orders placed after business hours will be processed the next business day. Time in transit is about 2-3 business days, sometimes faster, and can also depend on factors such as unforeseen delivery or weather delays. We do our best to ship promptly. Product is shipping via ground carrier and tracking information is both in your order history details and ship confirmation email.
