"I bought these trimmers in a pinch; I was visiting relatives who wanted an impromptu haircut and my trimmers were back at my salon. I do a lot of clipper over comb/ trimmer over comb and thought these trimmers would suffice since they do come with guards. One use in and they were bending the hair and not cutting, even with the guard off. I tried to oil them and charge them overnight to see if that would help but they still underperform. Unfortunately, these trimmers are cheaply made and I would not recommend them if you need high performance trimmers. May be more suitable simply for lining up haircuts."

"These are good trimmers for fine to normal hair texture. Great on kids, and the charge lasts quite a bit. Would not recommend for thick coarse hair, they would do okay but for crisp lining on thicker hair you may want to try something else."

"The only reason I like these, is because they are good for kids cuts. Other than that, they dont get very close"
