"I have very very thick and curly hair. This flat iron straightens my hair and doesn't burn my hair, plus it leaves a shiny finish."

Good flat iron not the best though
"Went to school and had this flat iron. Loved it . Great for beginners. But can't curl flip or wave hair without leaving creases in the hair. I prefer the sliver one with the beveled edges instead."

"I was given this iron in beauty school (I went to a paul mitchell) and it broke within months. I sent it in for a new one and within a year the same thing has happened. Both times the inside bridge that holds the two sides together and allows them to seperate broke from normal use leaving the iron in two. Cheap plastic. Other than that it was a great iron, heated fast, did the job well and great for curls. Too bad you can't do any of that if it's broken!"

One of my faves!
"Havent found an iron ive liked this much in years. Very smooth, quick heat up, I like the 1 1/2" to straighten or wave."

"I bought a teal Paul Mitchell limited edition straightener and have had it for at least 7 years prob longer the best ever and I have super thick long hair ! So fast didn’t rip or pull the hair ... so I was so disappointed when I bout this one and it wasn’t even half as good ! Yea it had a fancy digital display and my other had the turn knob but I would still pick my old one a 100 times over I actually gave this one away it was that bad I’ve had better Walmart straighteners then it not worth half the price ... sorry Paul Mitchell but this was a big miss"
