Before adding styling products, curly hair needs to be saturated (not towel-dried).. but water's pH can cause hair to swell and become frizzy? Our Curl Perfected curl correcting milk, has a pH of 3.5-4.5 to balance hair's pH, causing it to constrict and evenly 'push out' water eliminating fast-drying, frizzy ends. Plus, it also nourishes hair and seals the surface to create the perfect base for perfectly formed, frizz-free curls!

How to Perfect Curls
After conditioning the hair, gently towel-dry the hair., then liberally apply Curl Perfected to your hair starting at the ends, spraying upward. Using a crab-claw motion, shape and encourage curl from the bottom up. You should saturate hair with Curl Perfected, as you NEVER want to start styling your curl from a slightly damp state; it should be thoroughly saturated!
