Actiiv's Recover line is a 2-step, shampoo-based hair treatment system for men and women experiencing hair loss or wanting to target and combat hair loss early. Our Recover line is a simple shampoo and conditioning process that only needs to be used every other day for 5 minutes in the shower!

1. Wet hair thoroughly with warm water.
2. Dispense a dime-size amount of Recover Cleansing Treatment and massage into scalp and hair.
3. Leave Treatment on hair and scalp for five (5) FULL minutes.
4. Rinse thoroughly with warm water.
5. For best results, use with Actiiv Recover Thickening Conditioner every other day.
