1. Apply 1 pump to clean skin.
2. Can be applied on damp or dry face without impacting results.

In an unbiased, independent, third party study of 29 female subjects between 46 and 59 years old.
After just 2 weeks:

To demonstrate stability over the 2-year shelf life, Matter of Fact conducted both accelerated stability testing at an elevated temperature, and real-time testing at room temperature; under both conditions, the concentration of Vitamin C was minimally affected.
