An ammonium thioglycolate multi-purpose straightener.
(Step 1 of 3 in the Permanent Wave System.)

1. Gently shampoo the hair with Oat Protein and Henna Shampoo to remove dirt and residue from the hair and scalp (only shampoo once, and DO NOT scratch or irritate the scalp as this may cause irritation during processing). Apply Calm Soothing Scalp Protection soothing scalp protection around the hairline to protect the skin.
2. Section the hair into 4 sections and then apply Professional Strength Rearranger to new growth or to virgin hair. Make sure that each strand of new growth or virgin hair is thoroughly saturated. Apply Restore Vitamin Treatment on previously curled hair up to the line of demarcation. For new growth application only.
3. Allow Rearranger to remain on the hair for 10 minutes. If the desired relaxation has not been achieved, check the hair every 5 minutes until the hair has been evenly straightened. (Do not exceed 20 minutes total. A plastic cap may be used during processing).
4. Rinse hair thoroughly with tepid water until hair is free of all chemical residue.
5. Shampoo hair lightly with Honey Créme Moisture Retention Shampoo (only shampoo once).
