DO
o Brush out hair completely before shampooing.
o Use moisture rich shampoos and conditioners. (Preferably sulfate free)
o Prep hair before bed with a couple of braids, twists, jumbo pin curls or a bun.
o Use a satin cap or pillowcase to prevent frizzing and friction of the hair’s cuticles.
o Have your extensions PROFESSIONALY colored.
DO NOT
o Sleep with your hair wet.
o Overuse oils and heavy products. This will cause buildup and alter the look and body of the hair.
o Tug, yank or use excessive force when combing wefts, wigs, or extensions. This will cause hair extensions to break at the weft or lace and cause unwanted shedding.
