How do I use the CosmoProf App?
I want to become a customer. How do I sign up?
Enrollment is easy and takes 5 minutes. Have a photo of your professional license or business license handy, then begin our online membership form by clicking here.
I am unable to Register.
- If you are an existing customer, enter your account number found on your statement or CosmoProf® membership number. The zip code you enter must match what we have on file. If your billing address has changed since you became a customer please contact customer service to update it.
- If the status of your account has changed this can impact registration. Contact us for assistance.
- At this time we are unable to register customers in Quebec.
I have a web profile but cannot Login.
- Reset your password online by using the Forgot Password link on the login page.

- Have you recently replaced your card? The status of your card is important. Call us to verify the #.
How can I view and download my order history?
Click on the My Account link to access your profile. Order History is available for 2 years. Order details are available for every order, no matter the purchase channel.
Why can’t I see a certain brand?
Some manufacturers of professional salon products have distributor territory guidelines and our site abides by that. You will see only products you can purchase within the zip code you’re shipping to. Infrequently, items may be online but once your order reaches the warehouse availability may change and we will notify via email in the order ship confirmation if this happens.
Credit Card Process
When purchasing with a credit card, we obtain a pre-authorization for the amount. This is not a charge, but is meant to ensure funds availability. It’s important you attempt to place an order only once to ensure a single authorization. The amount of time funds are held is determined by your credit card provider.
Your card will be charged the final amount only when shipped. This amount will include any applicable taxes and shipping, but will not include non-shipped items.
What is the status of my order?
See My Account > Order History
for a detailed recap of all your orders, including tracking numbers for recent orders. We also provide updates for your web orders by emailing the following:
- Order Confirmation emails which show cart contents and order total prior to shipping.
- Order Ship Confirmation emails which show shipped items plus a link to track your shipment.
Online orders follow normal returns protocol. If you experience an issue with your order, please contact customer service right away to report it. They will assist you with handling damages, missing items, or replacements. We’re sorry but at this time we do not accept returns to stores but if you are working with a DSC they may assist you.

A tracking number will be provided within your ship confirmation email so you can track your order during transit. This tracking number will also be displayed within the order history online.
We ship to the contiguous 48 United States, Alaska, Oahu, DC, and Puerto Rico.
At this time we do not ship to APO/FPO addresses and Post Office Boxes.
If you have a P.O. Box shipping address on file please contact customer service to update your profile with a physical street address to complete your order.

What is Same Day Delivery?
Cosmo Prof Same Day Delivery is an alternative delivery method we’re offering to our customers. Our store inventory has been made available on the website in select areas to offer a seamless way for customers to choose eligible products for Same Day Delivery and to have the products within hours fulfilled from the nearest store.
Which products are eligible for Same Day Delivery?
Products eligible for Same Day Delivery will have the Same Day Delivery icon on the product page. These products are subject to available store inventory.
Note: Some manufacturers of professional salon products have distributor territory guidelines and our website abides by that. Therefore, you will see only products you can purchase within the location you’re delivering to.
Where is Same Day Delivery available?
Currently, Same Day Delivery is available only in a select area of greater Orlando, FL.
Customers in this area can now place orders online and have them delivered the same day.
How much does it cost to have products delivered the same day?
The Same Day Delivery fee is a flat rate of $12.95.
What delivery days and times are offered?
Designated delivery time options will show in the cart page at checkout.
Will Same Day Delivery be available in other areas?
Yes, Cosmo Prof has plans to expand Same Day Delivery.
How do I place an order for Same Day Delivery?
Is there a cut-off time to place an order?
Orders placed before 1:00 p.m. local time qualify for same day delivery. If you order after cut-off (deadline), there is an option to choose before checkout to have your order delivered the next day.
Can I change my mind and have products shipped instead of using Same Day Delivery?
Yes, you make that change in the cart before checkout. Just select Standard Shipping.
Can I make last minute changes to my order?
At this time, no changes can be made once delivery order has been placed.
Is there a minimum order?
There is no minimum.
What if I order a product that’s not in stock or has less quantity than I want?
If product is not in stock the message will show “Required quantity is not available in store.” If quantity is less than what is required message will show actual quantity available in store at the time of placing order. You can accept the quantity shown, change to standard shipping or decline by removing item from cart.
Do I have to be present to receive delivery?
Yes, you have to be present to receive delivery or specify in delivery instructions who will be receiving your order. If no one is present delivery driver will return order to store. Delivery fee is non-refundable.
What if I request in my delivery instructions to leave package at the door?
We advise against driver leaving packages under those circumstances. Therefore, Cosmo Prof is not responsible for delivery not received by you or designated person.
