How do I become a Salon Account customer? |

To be an account customer, you must meet the following qualifications: 1. You must be a licensed cosmetologist, nail technician or a salon owner. 2. You must live in a territory or region that we supply. 3. You need to set up an account at a CosmoProf™
Store, a Distributor Sales Consultant or Customer Service. To set up an account in a store, see our store listings. To set up an account through Customer Service, please call 1-888-241-3330.

How can I have a Sales Consultant call on my salon? |
|
If you would like to have a Sales Consultant call on your salon, please call 1-888-241-3330. The Customer Service Representative will ask you several questions and determine your exact needs. The representative will let you know if a Sales Consultant is available in your territory and will contact the Sales Consultant with the necessary information.

Are there any limitations to what products I can purchase? |

Due to specific guidelines in our Manufacturer Contract, CosmoProf™
is limited in our area of distribution for certain product lines. For specific product availability, please see the list of brands represented on the BRANDS page, call the nearest Ace store, or call Customer Service at 1-888-241-3330. All monthly promotions are based on available inventory.

How do I get on your mailing list? |

If you are interested in receiving our monthly promotion guide, please visit your nearest CosmoProf™
store and sign up for a PROCLUB® card where they can validate your license and make arrangements to get you onto our mailing list. You can expect to receive the promotion guide within 60 days of signing up.

What is the CosmoProf™
PROCLUB® Card? |
|
The CosmoProf™
PROCLUB® card is a professional I.D. card. This card allows us to immediately identify licensed professionals and salon owners; there is no need for them to present their license or anything else to shop with us. All they need is their PROCLUB® Card. This card is recognized at any CosmoProf™
store throughout US and Canada.
The PROCLUB® card makes it faster and easier to identify non-professionals and stop them from shopping with us. When enrolling in the PROCLUB®, members are required to show their license and sign a Professional Purchase Agreement that states our mutual commitment to fight diversion.
