I am already web-enabled but unable to Login.

  • Account Owners, please login with your account #
  • Managers authorized to shop on the account, please login with the email on the manager profile
  • Click Forgot Password to link on the login page if you forgot your password. A link to reset the password will be sent to the email we have on file. For security reasons we do not send password hints.
  • If the status or terms on the account change this may impact login. Please contact us for immediate assistance.

Why can’t I see a certain brand/product?
Specific brands and product lines have been specially chosen for all customers shopping on this website. If you believe a line of products you’re not seeing should indeed be available please contact your Customer Service team for assistance.

• Account #
• Your name/Email
• Brands/Products

Please Note: Promotions that are out of stock online may or may not be available for order add-ons.


Credit Card purchase Process
Checkout using a credit card will follow this process:

Once an order is placed, a hold is put on the available funds on the credit card as a pre-authorization. When the order is shipped the card will be charged less any non-shipped items. If for any reason your entire order is canceled, the hold on the funds will drop off according to the rules of your bank.


What is the status of my order?

See the My Account > Order History for a detailed recap of all your orders, including tracking numbers for recent orders. We also provide updates for your web orders by emailing the following:
  • Order Confirmation emails which show you cart contents and order total prior to shipping.
  • Order Ship Confirmation emails which show items shipped plus a link to track your shipment.
