3. Present your CosmoProf^™ PROCLUB^® card each time you make a purchase in a store.
4. This card is not transferable and may only be used by the professional.
5. CosmoProf^™ at any time may modify the CosmoProf^™ PROCLUB^® program without further obligation to members.
