It has a pH that is perfectly balanced to the Oxyresistan dyes in Magma, which stabilises them, locking colour into the hair and ensuring that it will last. Pure Shine Sealer also acts to close the hair cuticle that is opened during the Magma lightening process. This seals shine into the hair and ensures that it displays incredibly vibrant colour and amazingly intense shine.
