Light weight
"I've had this dryer for a year and i love it! It's super light weight and it dries hair quickly and gives a polished end result because of the express ion complex. The only complaint i have is that my nozzle shattered and i dropped it once and the back cracked. Other than that it's an awesome dryer!"

Its just ok
"This dryer is very powerful and gets very hot. The description is wrong there are 4 heat setting and 4 speed settings, which is very nice. I've only been using it for about 6 months and the weight is causing damage to shoulder . The diffuser gets stuck and it take two people to get it off, I avoid using it."

Annoying nozzle
"I love the dryer itself but I always use a nozzle when drying and it's constantly moving and that's annoying to me I need it To stay in place or the heat doesn't get directed where I need it to be I'm having to move the nozzle all day long ??"

Broke after only a year and a half
"Super disappointed in the length of time this lasted. I have short pixie hair so it doesn't even get used that much!! Never buying a Paul Mitchell product again!"

Good but loud and heavy
"This is a great hair dryer. Possibly better for home use and retail sale. It is quite loud although it is a roar versus a screeching sound most cheap hair dryers have. It is heavy using at the salon all day. I would love it more if it wasn't so loud but I don't want to loose the power either!"
