Scruples High Definition Color Gels Lift is a pigment free hair color base that provides increased lifting action and is designed for use with the new Ultra Light Blonde formulas provided. With a mixing system, there is no reason to carry Ultra Light Blonde Shades when they can be mixed. Mixing Lift with the proper color base in the correct portions you will be able to achieve, ULN, ULA and ULG.
