How do I establish a Beauty Systems Group LLC ("BSG®") Account? Why is one required?
www.CosmoProfBeauty.com is a Business to Professional order portal. As such, we require customers to have an existing BSG® Account or to be a registered PROCLUB® Cardholder to shop on CosmoProfBeauty.com.
How do I become a BSG® Account customer? Call Customer Service at 888-206-1192
To be an account customer, you must meet the following qualifications:
- You must be a licensed cosmetologist, nail technician or a salon owner
- You must reside in the US, Canada or Puerto Rico
- You will be asked to comply with distribution and anti-diversion agreements
Benefits to establishing a BSG® Account:
- You can establish credit terms on your account
- You can establish tax exempt status
- You will receive a monthly BSG® account statement summarizing all account activity

Diversion Policy
Beauty Systems Group LLC ("BSG®") is committed to a salon-only policy of sales and distribution. Our commitment is a promise that we will make every effort to maintain the professional product integrity that you demand. BSG® WILL NOT knowingly place our salons in jeopardy from the unauthorized sale of professional only products.
We participate in the Beauty Industry Fund for Consumer Protection to combat diversion on an industry-wide level.
What is Diversion?
- Diversion is the sale of exclusive product lines outside the intended channels of professional distribution.
How Does Diversion Occur?
- Diversion can occur through multiple sources, including through manufacturers or distributors who "look the other way" and sell directly to diverters, and through customers who purchase products not for authorized purposes, but rather for unauthorized resale.
Are products purchased through diversion channels less expensive than those purchased in authorized salons?
- Surprisingly, in many cases, diverted products with a dubious pedigree sell for as much or more than products purchased through authorized channels--everyone in the supply chain has to make a profit.
Why does BSG® fight diversion practices?
- We believe our products will produce optimum results only if chosen and sold by trained salon professionals who understand their clients' hair needs. From a trade standpoint, diversion tends to lessen the allure of the product in the eyes of the consumer. There can be product quality issues that arise from the purchase of diverted product as well, and many manufacturers do not guarantee product purchased through unauthorized channels.

What can one do to help stop diversion?
- If a collector (diverter) contacts you, call 866-442-0712 or e-mail us at diversion@beautysystemsgroup.com to report it. Be sure to provide the collector's name, telephone number and any other information that you may be able to legally provide. You may also report diversion by using our online survey.
We abide by anti-diversion agreements with our manufacturers. Customer accounts that are flagged as diverters will not be allowed to shop on the site. If you feel your account has been flagged in error, please contact customer service at 888-206-1192.

Favorite Products List / Quick Order Form
FAVORITE ITEMS
For your shopping convenience, you may add products to your "Favorites" list. Next to each product image is an ADD TO FAVORITES button which saves the product to an easy to reference list. Upon displaying this list, you can add any of its contents to your shopping cart without having to navigate to the product page.

QUICK ORDER FORM
The Quick Order Form accessed at the top of the window is also designed to allow you to build a list of items ordered repeatedly, which makes filling staple orders quick and efficient.
Use this feature if you already know the 6-digit SKU number of the product you want. Then enter the quantity, and the description will appear in the form. Once you have added your list, add the items to your cart and proceed to checkout to expedite the process.

Forgot Password
At the Account Sign In screen, if you have forgotten your password you may click the Forgot User Name or Password link. You will be prompted to validate your email address. An auto-generated response will be sent to that email. You must click on the reset password link (see sample below) to initiate the change password process.

The Website home page has been designed to help you shop in the most efficient way possible.
Shop by Brand option allows you to view the vendors whose products are available for purchase. Once you click on a specific brand, the brand page will display a list of the Brand product lines to narrow your search.
Shop by Category option allows you to view products by the category in which they fall. Navigating this way will ensure a singular view for all vendors with a product type (i.e. shampoo) are listed together.
What's New will show you the latest additions to our product assortment.
Intros includes new and existing products that are essential for your business.
Promotions includes a showcase of On Sale and special promotional products.

The CosmoProf® PROCLUB® card is a professional I.D. card. This card allows us to immediately identify licensed professionals and salon owners; there is no need for them to present their license or anything else to shop with us. All they need is their PROCLUB® Card. This card is recognized at any CosmoProf® store throughout the United States and Canada.
PROCLUB® members are required to show their license and sign a Professional Purchase Agreement that states our mutual commitment to fight diversion.
The PROCLUB® Card is FREE and EASY. CosmoProf® PROCLUB® members enjoy many benefits including monthly eNewsletters, members-only coupons and advance notice of sales and special events. To find the store nearest you, please call 1-888-912-3463.
To report a lost PROCLUB® Card, please call 1-866-885-8802. For your protection, replacement cards are only issued through the PROCLUB® members lost card hotline, where we must verify your previous card number before issuing another.
PROCLUB members shopping the Cosmoprofbeauty.com Website must pay by credit card, and can ship their order to variable ship to addresses (subject to Product Availability).

Product Availability
Beauty Systems Group distributes over 300 exclusive professional salon brands. Professional cosmetologists, nail technicians, estheticians and salon owners enjoy the selection and the fact that our store locations are "professional only" and not open to the general public. Our convenient locations make buying the products needed to serve their clients easy and accessible.
Due to specific guidelines in our Manufacturer Contracts, CosmoProf® is limited in our area of distribution for certain product lines. All monthly promotions are based on available inventory.
All customers who login to the site must select a ship to zip/postal code for each order to determine product availability. Both BSG® Account holders and PROCLUB® cardholders are subject to these limitations.
A product availability check will take place at various intervals during your shopping experience. A final zip code check will be performed in the shopping cart before you place your order. A change in ship to zip code at any point during your shopping experience may alter the product availability and could result in removal of items from the shopping cart.

Returns
Products ordered online may be returned after calling customer service to obtain a Return Goods Authorization (RGA).
Please read the attached for specific instructions to follow when processing a return. We're sorry, at this time we cannot support returns to CosmoProf® stores.

Customer Return Policy
All merchandise shipped from a Beauty Systems Group distribution center is subject to the following sales return policy:
- All shipping errors, such as overages, shortages, damages and/or incorrect product must be reported to your Sales Consultant or a Customer Service Representative within ten (10) business days and the sales return finalized within 30 days. Original invoice or invoice number is required.
- Overstock merchandise may be returned within 120 days from original purchase date for credit under the following guidelines, along with applicable restocking fees that may apply.
- Sales Consultant or Customer Service Representative must be notified to initiate return.
- Merchandise must be in original packaging and resalable condition.
- An invoice is required to receive credit for any returns.
- Cosmetics may only be returned when unopened and in original packaging.
- Seasonal merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the end of season.
- Product with price stickers affixed or in damaged packaging cannot be returned.
- Discontinued and/or used merchandise cannot be returned.
- Restocking fees will be assessed as follows:
- 0-60 Days 0% of price charged
- 61-120 Days 20% restocking fee of price credited
- Product over 120 days old may not be returned
- Electrical appliances, Shears and Clippers are subject to the following sales returns guidelines, in addition to those noted above:
- Must be returned / exchanged within 60 days of purchase
- Product must be in original packaging with instructions and all accessories
- An invoice is required for full credit, otherwise lowest price in last 90 days will apply
- An extended manufacturer warranty will be supported by either the vendor or Beauty Systems Group. Please contact your Sales Consultant or a Customer Service Representative to determine which applies.
- CosmoProf® Store Purchases:
All returns of product purchased at a CosmoProf® store must be returned to a store within 60 days, proof of purchase/receipt required. (Purchases through a sales consultant must be returned by contacting your Sales Consultant or a Customer Service Representative.)

Shipping Guidelines
A tracking number will be provided with each order's ship confirmation email so you can track your order during transit.
We ship to the contiguous 48 states, District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico. Canada coming soon!
We are unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO addresses and PO Boxes.

Credit Card and On Account Payment Information

For your security, all fields marked with an asterisk (*) must be completed.
Review and Place Order

BSG® Account holders may add a Purchase Order Number.
Customers may add Special Instructions to the order as needed.
For your protection, all online transactions utilize a built in fraud-protection measure that authenticates credit cards by validating zip codes and unique CVN (card verification number). Further, we use a unique encryption code for each transaction and WE DO NOT STORE CREDIT CARD INFORMATION.
Order Complete / Print

Once you receive the confirmation the order has been placed, you may print a copy for your records, or you may access through your Web Order History when logged in to your Web account.
